Delivery
If you are not taking the bag away in store, we aim to dispatch items within 2 hours of receiving your order (Sunday-Friday). However, we do not accept any liability for failure to dispatch items within this time frame.
We offer the following shipping and delivery options:
- UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Our basic form of delivery is insured up to the value of your purchased item and is a tracked delivery service with Royal Mail. The flat rate of this service is £6.95.
Spend over £500 to earn FREE Standard delivery.
- UK EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express delivery ensures your purchase arrives to your shipping address of choice within 1-2 working days - the items are insured up to the value of your purchase and can be tracked via our courier, Royal Mail. The flat rate of this service is £9.95.
- EUROPE DELIVERY
Standard delivery within Europe ensures your purchase arrives to your shipping address of choice within 3-5 working days - the items are insured up to the value of your purchase and can be tracked via our courier, Royal Mail. The flat rate of this service is £14.95.
- REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
Standard delivery for Rest-of-the-world destinations ensures your purchase arrives to your shipping address of choice within 5 working days - the items are insured up to the value of your purchase and can be tracked via our courier, Royal Mail. The flat rate of this service is £24.95.
We reserve the right to withdraw Channel Islands and International Deliveries at any time.
Bagista Ltd will have no liability or responsibility should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item or charge any import duty on such items. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. We cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommend that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.
Please note that Bagista Ltd cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery within the UK and 5 working days for overseas deliveries unless alternate dates are stated in the product description. Unless you agree otherwise, if we cannot deliver your order within 30 days of our confirmation email to you, we will email you to let you know we will cancel your order. If we have taken payment, we will provide you with a refund. This is subject to the goods being in stock and payment authorisation for the card details you have provided.
