We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 15 - OWNERSHIP OF ITEMS SUBMITTED
You confirm and guarantee that you are the legal owner of the item(s) or have been entrusted with the responsibility to sell/swap/consign any item(s) by the legal owner. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bagista Ltd for any damages arising from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including legal fees and costs, to the extent caused by or arising out of or relating to any unlawful ownership.
Upon dropping items in to our store or submitting an item for sale through our online platform, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Refund Policy
Bagista offer returns and exchanges for any of our products purchased online, giving you added peace of mind when investing in your new handbag. As long as the return complies with the below requirements, Bagista will be happy to provide you with a refund of the full amount (less shipping fees) or an exchange:
- The hang-tag attached to your item must not be removed;
- The return or exchange must be flagged to our customer service team at info@bagista.co.uk within 3 days of receiving the item;
- The item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when first received;
- All paperwork and receipts must be returned alongside the item;
- The item must be returned to our premises within 7 working days of you first receiving the goods.
Refund payments
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and recognised on your bank statements.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURN LOGISTICS
If you are unable to pop into our store to return your purchased item, we recommend you deliver your product to: Bagista Ltd, 221 Brompton Road, London, SW3 2EJ via a courier of your choice. Alternatively, you can pop into our pop-up store address at your earliest convenience. We strongly recommend insuring the item upon delivery for an added fee - this will protect you from any damage/theft whilst the product is in transit.
Unfortunately, when requesting a refund/exchange you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to do so. Please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
AUTHENTICATION
Entrupy Authentication System
Bagista must authenticate every item that is received to ensure that the items sold on the site are 100% genuine. To do so we use a two-point system. The first point of authentication is through Entrupy, an algorithm-based authentication system which uses microscopic photographs to validate the authenticity of a designer accesory. The following brands are supported by Entrupy: Balenciaga, Burberry, Chanel, Céline, Dior, Fendi, Goyard, Gucci, Hermès, Louis Vuitton and Prada.
Any bag received by Bagista from one of these brands will be subject to a £25 (£100 for Hermès*) fee in order to process the item to be authenticated through Entrupy. If the item is authenticated through this system, then the £25* will be refunded. Any counterfeit items that do not pass the Entrupy system quality control test will be returned to the customer, who will not be refunded the £25* fee.
When sending items to Bagista after receiving an online quotation, the first step would be for the item to go through quality control testing. Thereafter, all authentication tests will be carried out to verify whether or not the item is genuine. Any items failing either of the authenticity processes will be subject to the aforementioned authentication fee of £25*. In addition to this, the seller will be required to cover the collection and return delivery expenses involved.
Only items that pass the Entrupy authentication system will be processed to the next stage. The second point of authentication is through Bagista’s quality control team, who make the final decision as to whether the item is authentic and ultimately if it will be sold through the Bagista website and store.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Please note, cancelled orders will come at an expense of the buyer. Bagista Ltd will pass on the expense of any cancelled orders to the buyer - note that all orders are subject to a 1% processing fee, which Bagista Ltd will recharge and deduct from the refundable amount.
SECTION 17 - CONSIGNMENT SALE PROCEEDS
For all customers who are consigning items with Bagista, you will be paid after 14 days from the date at which the buyer of your item(s) receives the item. Should that buyer choose to return the item, the transfer of funds will be cancelled and the consignment period will re-continue, subject to the return of the goods complying with all of our terms & conditions.
