UK Standard Delivery

Bagista Ltd offers UK standard delivery via UPS or Royal Mail. Orders will typically be dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours of placement. Delivery is expected to take between one (1) and three (3) working days. The cost for standard delivery is £9.99, unless the order value exceeds £999, in which case standard delivery will be provided free of charge.

UK Express Delivery

Bagista Ltd offers UK express delivery via UPS. Orders will typically be processed and dispatched on the same day, with delivery expected within one (1) working day. The cost for express delivery is £19.99.

Europe Delivery

Bagista Ltd offers European delivery exclusively via UPS. Orders are charged at £39.99 and are expected to arrive within two (2) to three (3) working days. Please note that international orders are subject to customs and duties processing by the relevant authorities in the buyer’s selected shipping country. As such, unexpected delays may occur if the buyer has not fulfilled their obligation to pay all applicable taxes and fees in a timely manner.

Rest of the world Delivery

Bagista Ltd offers Rest Of The World delivery exclusively via UPS. Orders are charged at £49.99 and are expected to arrive within two (2) to five (5) working days. Please note that international orders are subject to customs and duties processing by the relevant authorities in the buyer’s selected shipping country. As such, unexpected delays may occur if the buyer has not fulfilled their obligation to pay all applicable taxes and fees in a timely manner.

Bagista Ltd reserves the right to withdraw delivery services to the Channel Islands and international locations at any time. Bagista Ltd shall not be held liable for any items confiscated by local customs authorities or for any import duties or taxes applied to orders.

The recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes. Customers are advised to familiarize themselves with any potential local charges before placing an order.

Bagista Ltd does not guarantee specific delivery dates or times. Delivery within the UK is typically completed within three (3) working days, and international deliveries are expected within five (5) working days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

In the event that Bagista Ltd is unable to fulfill an order within thirty (30) days of the confirmation email, we will notify the customer and cancel the order. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be provided, subject to stock availability and payment authorisation for the card details provided by the customer.
