How do you set price?

The price of each item is based on a pricing algorithm that takes into consideration market trends, demand and the
item’s condition. Before anything is listed, you will receive an email with an estimated net payout for your approval –
this corresponds to the entire amount you will receive once your item sells, net of all commissions, shipping costs
and duties.

What if my item doesn’t sell?

In the unlikely case that your item doesn't get sold within the 60 days period, we can return it for you for free as long as you are UK based or also we can consign it for you again once you agreed, normally on a revised quotation to give the bag more chances to get sold this second time.

How does consignment work?

We offer three different options:

- Buyout: we make payment to you after passing quality and authenticity control.

- Consignment: we sell the item on your behalf on our selling channels and we just take a percentage from the total and you would be paid after the item sold. The amount you get is slightly higher than the other 2 methods. We aim to sell it within 60 days however after this period you can choose to consign it again at a reviewed price or
we can return it to you.

- Exchange: we give you the value of the bag in credit store which can be redeemed towards buying one of our bags from stock.

Please note that all three quotation methods are subject upon physical in office inspection. Depending on the
item, brand and condition you may be withdrawn any of the options.
